On our recent trip to HMT, we found it less than convenient to figure out where we were in relationship to towns, food, gas, and trail systems, nor was it easy navigate from one trail system to another. We even paid for maps only to find out they lacked very key features. We also tried some free options, but even the most comprehensive options left us wanting more. Out of necessity, we’ve created an all-in-one map that includes Hatfield McCoy’s Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, and Warrior along with Spearhead’s Original Pocahontas and is super intuitive to set up and use. The map is provided in a Hi-Res, georeferenced image and available on the Avenza app for both Apple and Android devices. We’ll be adding other systems in the near future.
